Abstract
Learn How to Design and Build Your Own Professional Pipe Bender!
(no lathe or heavy equipment required)
for Hobbyists and Professional Workplaces
Whether you're a student that needs an idea for a senior design
project, or a company who would like to build a low cost professional
bender, this package will show every step. Everything from conceptual
designs, sourcing all the materials, to building your own tubing
bender.
Included in this project is a huge 75.7mb file of greatly detailed
plans with step-by-step pictures and some additional information I
learned from my experience building this tubing bender. As a mechanical
engineering student at Cornell University, I earned an "A+" for this
tubing bender senior applications project.
I build a tubing bender that bends 1.25" pipe in this report, but you
can use any size die for this project, everything from 1" to 2.5" can
be used with the bender design.
Here's an example of this finished bender at work with some of our
customer feedback!

Save Time and Money
Most tubing benders cost upwards of $500, and an additional 75$ to
ship! This project cost me less than $70 to build. (the price can be
even lower if you have access to some scrap metal). The most expensive
part in tubing benders are the two dies that do the bending (80% total
cost). I have discovered a way to make low-cost dies with plate steel
and some off the shelf parts.
You Will Receive:
* 20 Page Report PDF/ Microsoft Word/ and Notepad Formats
* Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
* A list of prices for each part
* Contact information if you just want to order some parts from
reliable dealers
* Large detailed pictures of my project, describing step by step, so
you can build your own with confidence.
* A technical understanding of material strength, elongation, sheer
stress, and bearing stress.
* Best of all! My low-cost method of making bending dies. Available
here only.
* Access to the same vender i use to plasma cut parts from my DXF
files, (not needed but could be useful).
* 60-day Moneyback guarantee, if you don't finish the bender get a
refund. No problem!
No waiting, this entire database can be downloaded instantly and used
within the hour.

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of

http://google.com.
Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
